Cancellation and refund Policy

An actors life can get pretty tricky to schedule sometimes and we try to be as accommodating as we can for unexpected cancellations. However, as places on our sessions are limited to provide the best experience for our clients, we have to insist on a strict cancellation policy. This is the only way for us to keep these sessions viable.

A cancellation of a booking made in writing (eg. via email) up to a full 48 hours before the start time of the workshop will be eligible for a full refund, class credit or a transfer to another session. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund, class credit or transfer. Class credits and transfers are offered at our own discretion.

NOTE: a transfer to another session or the redemption of a class credit constitutes a new contract with us and therefore the same cancellation policy and 48 hour notice period applies. A transfer to another session is considered to be the redemption of a class credit and therefore has no inherent cash value, therefore transfers and class credits are not eligible for cash refunds - only further transfers or class credits offered at our own discretion.

Purchases of Punchcards, redeemable against multiple sessions, are non-refundable after the first redemption has been made. The first redemption of a Punchcard is defined as either when the Punchcard code is used to reserve a place on one of our workshops OR when a session has been attended in exchange for a Punchcard credit, whichever occurs first.

If you have made a booking using a Punchcard code the same notion applies as with any other workshop purchase. If you give us at least 48 hours notice we may, at our discretion, recharge your Punchcard with a class credit for that session. Any cancellation of a booking made with a Punchcard code giving less than 48 hours notice will deem that credit forfeit.

We believe these to be fair terms – giving you the best chance of knowing about an upcoming commitment change and giving us a reasonable chance of re-filling your place on the workshop. Thank you for your understanding.
